About the Event
GSB is called to partner with God as He makes All Things New in our community. Over the past 7 years it has been amazing to see how He has transformed so many lives, and grown our community. But this growth has meant that we are running out of room on a Sunday morning. So on the 3 of May, we are adding a second service to make room for the next person that God is calling.
To make this happen, it requires all of us to play our part. At GSB, we have never wanted to just be consumers of the Gospel, but full participants in what God is doing. Our Sundays services are full of regular people just like you, who are using their gifts and ability to serve one another and make it all happen.
Over the next month, we are looking to build up our teams to enable a fruitful and sustainable rhythm for the 2 services. To help you find your place, you can check our our serving guide which has a list of all the roles that happen on a Sunday, along with a role description of each one. Our goal is to get to a place where everyone serves once a month in their role. This should enable wide participation that is sustainable for everyone involved.
Would you prayerfully consider the various roles listed, and fill out the form to register your interest. Then one of the team leaders will get in touch with you to answer any questions and see if it’s a good fit. In the month of April we will run training events to make sure you feel equipped for the role.
