The Church is more than a building. It's more than a Sunday Service.
It's a community.
If meaningful relationships lie at the heart of every community, it takes more than a couple of hours on Sunday to make that happen. So we've put together some groups to help us develop those relationships with one another. These groups will run throughout Term 1, some of which may continue and while others will finish. Moth Life Group
We’re a young-ish connect group, for the 30-50 year olds (or those that identify with that age). It’s about connecting, growing, sharing and praying together. Keeping it real, chill and relaxed.

Run For Fun
Let’s run for fun.
This group will initially share and compare what aspect of running we each want to start or progress. Fortnightly we will meet to chat first then have a run which will likely involve a slow jog loop then a bit quicker longer loop. Diversity will be welcomed.

Shooting For Fun
A casual get together for those who are interested in target shooting. Have a go, it will be a hands-on approach. Also learn about guns safety and maintenance.
You do not need to have a gun licence to participate in this group as full supervision by licenced owners will be present at all times.

The Easy Riders Cycling
If you like cycling, but like it to be casual, with a coffee break for fun and fellowship, then this is for you. It is an opportunity to get out in some fresh air, dust the cobwebs off your bike (and you) and meet some new people. Cycling with be mainly on cycle ways around Golden Sands, Papamoa and Tauranga.

Kia ora koutou te whanau,
Welcome to our new Grief Share group. This group is a confidential place for listening, talking and learning about the grief process. It consists of a short introduction each session, a video from world experts in the Grief world and then a short sharing session. The programme is from a Christian perspective and covers practical, emotional and spiritual aspects of grief. It is available for people grieving the death of a person, recent or in the past.

Issues Facing The Church
As Christians, we have to navigate many complex issues, but there isn’t usually enough time on Sundays to have a good discussion about them. This group will be a place where we can begin to talk these things through. We probably won’t come away with perfect answers, but we can learn how to have better conversations about them.
